Encrypted credentials, verified connections
Mailbox passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. Connections to your mail server use SSL/TLS with certificate checks switched on, so credentials are never sent to an impostor server.
Organisations kept apart
Every organisation's users, contacts, templates and settings are separated, and every request is checked against the signed-in user's organisation and role.
Protected sessions
Sign-in sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies, forms are protected against cross-site request forgery, and repeated failed sign-ins are rate limited.

- Your messages stay on your mail server. Orbis Mail fetches them when you open a folder or message. It stores your settings, contacts, calendar, templates, signatures and any notes you add.
- Where is Orbis Mail hosted?
- Orbis Mail runs on servers managed by Orbis Digital and is served over HTTPS.
- Can Orbis Digital staff read my email?
