Use Orbis Mail with IONOS email
IONOS mailboxes connect to Orbis Mail with standard IMAP and SMTP. UK accounts use the .co.uk server names.
Connection settings
- Incoming mail (IMAP)
- imap.ionos.co.uk, port 993, SSL/TLS
- Outgoing mail (SMTP)
- smtp.ionos.co.uk, port 465, SSL/TLS
- Username
- Your full IONOS email address
- Password
- Your mailbox password
Good to know
- Accounts created outside the UK may use imap.ionos.com and smtp.ionos.com instead.
Step by step

In Orbis Mail choose Add mailbox, then pick IONOS.

Enter your full email address and mailbox password.

Run the connection test and save.
