Use Orbis Mail with 20i email hosting
20i is a popular UK host and many Orbis Digital customers' mailboxes live there. Connecting a 20i mailbox to Orbis Mail takes about a minute.
Connection settings
- Incoming mail (IMAP)
- mail.20i.com, port 993, SSL/TLS
- Outgoing mail (SMTP)
- mail.20i.com, port 465, SSL/TLS
- Username
- Your full email address
- Password
- Your mailbox password
Good to know
- If your account uses a custom mail hostname, use the server name shown in your 20i control panel instead.
Step by step

In Orbis Mail choose Add mailbox, then pick 20i.

Enter your full email address and mailbox password.

Run the connection test and save.

- I've forgotten my 20i mailbox password. What now?
- Reset it in the 20i control panel under Email, or ask Orbis Digital if we manage your hosting. Then update the password in Orbis Mail.
